We are very displeased with these services. We have had issues with our caregiver leaving my loved one alone and unsupervised on numerous occasions. The caregiver doesn't engage with my loved one, or provide the care we were told would happen. There have been no call-no show occasions, and we felt we did not get the caregiver we were looking for, and are hoping to find an alternative.

I was not happy with Addus when they took care of my mother. I would not consider them.
