Caregiver does an excellent job taking care of my mom. They are a perfect match. Not only does she meet my mom's morning needs effectively, but she also starts her day with a smile, making my mom feel listened to and respected. If you ever need someone to care for your elderly family member, Accuaid Care is the place to go. The caregivers treat the elderly as if they were part of their own family. The communication among the caregivers to ensure proper care is outstanding. [name removed]is amazing; she always makes sure everyone is on time and is flexible with everyone’s needs. If I had to find a definition for "team," Accuaid Care would be a perfect example.

6 months ago, I had the WONDERFUL experience of dealing with an Accuaid home car. My mother, who is in Memory Care, had fallen and broken her hip. I am NOT from the area, living many states and a 3+ hour plane flight away. I was SO lucky to have accuaid home care recommended to me and then to have them 'jump in. They provided caregivers in the hospital for Mom on a round-the-clock basis, adjusting to the rather fluid schedule we were being given by the medical team. (from.. she'll be released tomorrow to.. not till Next week to... probably two days from now) No matter what I needed, caregiver provided it. I didn't want Mother by herself at all in the hospital. She was too disoriented. The caregivers assigned to me/her were wonderful. They understood dementia. They understood the confusion of being in the hospital and in pain. They understood when she was doing well, and identified QUICKLY that a new medication she had been given was not sitting well...

I had the great fortune of being introduced to Accuaid home care by some social workers that I know. Accuaid is so good at what they do and from the nurse's first assessment visit I knew we were working with true professionals. The aides that were put on the case were wonderful and the care plan that was created was so through, I was really impressed. [name removed] runs a great agency and is always available to talk and guide you. I am a social worker myself and cannot recommend them enough!

For the past six years, I have had to use care giving agencies to stay with my mother when I had to leave the house or just needed extra help with my mother. By far, I found Accuaidcare as 100% reliable and staffed by wonderful people. They are the only service that I would recommend. [name removed] was awesome at making sure I had help when I needed it.
