acuaid home care has been such a relief and help with my father. I was unable to take care of him at home and even in a memory care facility, he required extra care. They have kept him company, attended to his needs, provided transportation for his doctor’s appointments and basically whatever is asked of them. I definitely recommend them.

6 months ago I had the WONDERFUL experience of dealing with [name removed] and her people. My mother, who is in Memory Care, had fallen and broken her hip. I am NOT from the area, living many states and a 3+ hour plane flight away. I was SO lucky to have accuaid home care recommended to me, and then to have them just 'jump in'. They provided caregiver in the hospital for Mom on a round the clock basis, adjusting to the rather fluid schedule we were being given by the medical team. (from.. she'll be release tomorrow to.. not till Next week to... probably two days from now) No matter what I needed [name removed] provided it. I didn't want Mother by herself at all in the hospital. She was too disoriented. The caregivers assigned to me/her were wonderful. They understood dementia. They understood the confusion of being in the hospital and in pain. They understood when she was doing well, and identified QUICKLY that a new medication she had been given was not sitting well...

For the past six years, I have had to use care giving agencies to stay with my mother when I had to leave the house or just needed extra help with my mother. Accuaid Homecare is an amazing home care service in flower mound area. I had a family member that was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness and needed extra help around the house. accuaid home care was there to help! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they were able to provide them with the care they needed. They are always prompt and reliable. [name removed] works with my brother, who is somewhat self sufficient with managing his health, wellbeing and finances. She is patient, kind and above all she cares about her performance and his needs. She is of the highest character; I trust her to let me know when additional attention is needed and that she is helping him life his live on his terms. She is God sent for me because I don't worry if he's hungry, cold or hurt. She diligently goes to his apartment and work and has even followed him on a bus. She is tenacious and gets the job done. I Highly Recommend!! Our mom had a stroke and our father has dementia but they both insist on remaining in their life long home. We were referred to accuaid In-home care by a friend and very glad we listened. Their management and all caregivers have gone above and beyond our expectations. They continued the physical therapy routine for mom right away, and they do memory games/tasks with dad. Both have higher spirits when we visit now. Very happy with their care.

By far the BEST agency we have hired. My father has Parkinson’s and it kept getting worse. Ever since I hired Accuaid Care, his Parkinson’s has gotten so much better. He is taking his meds on time, exercising every day, enjoying time with his caregivers and making it to every Doctor’s appointment. My family and I are so grateful for their help. Now when I go to Texas to visit my dad, he is HAPPY and I get to actually spend time with him instead of having to take him to the doctor and run a thousand errands.

I am so grateful for 24 hour service Accuaid care offers. They responded in minutes to my call on a Saturday afternoon. They had {name removed} on site within 4 hours. She rolled up her sleeves and got right to work creating order and comfort to my family in need. Accuaid care took care of my mother and stepfather for a bout a year until my mother passed away. My mother had a stroke and needed someone to help her with everyday things like getting dresse4d. Mu mom loved the caregiver {name removed}. She would fix her favorite meals and help her style her hair! These seemingly small things made mom so happy and gave her a sense of independence in the last year of life. I feel like God has led us to Accuaid care and helped them find just the right person to make my mom's last year a good one.
