I think the therapists are good. My dad was there twice, they got him up and walking. I would give them an A+.

They all have been very nice to her and her only complaint is it takes a long time for help, especially early in the morning. The rehab is excellent. A few go out of their way to give me updates and they are great! My loved one enjoys their meals.

They're very, very friendly, but there isn't always enough staff. The therapy is doing him good. He likes their food.

It smells and they think that is okay. My mother's room is disgusting. You can't even eat in the dining room because of the odors. I don't know how anyone could possibly eat there. When I mentioned that they told me that was probably because a lot of the residents don't know how to clean themselves. They aren't encouraging her to take care of herself at all, which is part of the rehabilitation she needs to be able to come home. They have not called me once.

My mom has thrived since she has been there. She is doing really well. They really care for her. The activities person is very friendly and stops and talks to my mom. She gets my mom and I involved with what is going on. I am very impressed. They seem to get good food and they help my mom eat. The food looks very good. I have my quarterly talks with them. They call if there is an issue.

Their rehab is the greatest in town. They took care of my mother very well. She's asked for a couple of food things and they didn't have it, like orange juice and fresh fruits.

No one is talking to me. I'm not getting any updates on her health. I would like the doctor to have communication with the family.
