Things are going terrific. We have had them for two months now. My Dad just loves his caregiver. I haven't actually met any of the staff in person, but I have spoken to them on the phone and they seem very efficient.

In home care, offer field supervisor EVA does assessment, set up schedule with him, try to use same caregiver each time, housekeeping, personal care, standby, meal prep, rides to Dr/stores, anything non medical, can do med reminders. $16-22 per hour 2 hour minimum, sd 3 at first but then sd could get that down to 2 for me, need assessment to determine care level, prob $18 per hour if early in dementia, tell them this is for me not him, no contract required, as needed service, spoke with the director. She advised that all employees are put through background check, current TB cards, CPR, reference check, monitor by surprise visits.
