We needed care for my wheelchair bound Aunt who lived alone. Absolute Care was the first one to get back to me, answered all my questions, cared the most, and had care givers within days to help us. The care givers are wonderful, all of them. They became friends, truly. And those running the company are so compassionate, caring and wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

My Mom was in a rehab facility after major heart surgery. The facility was understaffed and just not attentive to her needs. Because of Covid restrictions, I was not able to stay with her overnight. I asked [name removed] at Absolute Care for help. It was a Godsend. Within hours someone was able to come to the facility to help my mother with all her needs.. I thank them for their swift involvement in my mother’s care and recovery!

I used Absolute Care to help with my elderly Mother. I reached out to them and within one week we had our initial meeting and started with a care provider. She came in three times a week for two-hours each time. She helped with medication management, calendar management, and assisted with shower and hair care. The care provider was prompt, courteous and caring. This was a great option for us at the time and filled a much needed service for the care of my mother. I would highly recommend Absolute Care because I believe they really care about their clients. They lived up to my exceptions and were very pleasant to deal with.

Absolute Care helped us with our aging parents and their nurses were truly wonderful. They cared for my father through to the end, and then assisted my mom after his passing. They were punctual, kind, patient and developed a good rapport with my parents. The agency's managers ([name removed] and [name removed]) are very communicative, they respond quickly to changes in schedules or care needs and generally are caring and attentive to their clients. I highly recommend this agency!

Our family hired Absolute Care for companionship and personal care for our father and then a few years later for our mother. Every nurse assistant, we had 5 all together, was kind and competent. The RN owner always covered our scheduling needs even during emergencies. She was quick to respond when we had questions and all our nurse assistants were supportive and flexible when our needs changed.

Absolute Care Services LLC provided companion services for my aunt who lived in assisted living facility in Towson, Maryland until her death in [date removed]. I live out of state and I felt very comfortable with the team who provided services while she was in hospice. I really believe that it's the wrap around services of seeing familiar friendly faces that made all of the difference. I also want to note that if I had a customized request or concern, the team was quick to resolve the issue and also offered recommendations to allow for a high quality of service.

My mom needed 24hr care her last two weeks of life. Absolute Care was able to start within hours to help me avoid personal collapse or my mom getting into a dangerous situation that could’ve made things worse. Much appreciated. They are my first call when I need help with my dad now.

My mom had a fall and was hospitalized for a week. After that, she was sent to a rehab facility that was unsatisfactory. I took my mother out of that facility and asked for 24-7 care for my mom and Absolute Care Services LLC came to the rescue and provided her with the care that she needed to speed up her recovery. PT and OT home visits were set up as well from an appropriate agency.

Absolute was wonderful in that they were able to provide additional support needed by my husband when he was moved to a memory care facility. They were able to help me with little notice and remained flexible regarding how long their services were needed. The staff they sent were punctual and very caring. I would definitely call them again if the need arises.

Absolute Care services is absolutely amazing. [name removed] and her staff are so incredibly helpful and professional while providing excellent care. Priscilla came to my rescue numerous times. She would always do her best to accommodate last minute requests. I will never have to to try another agency after having the pleasure of dealing with Absolute Care Services!

I have used absolute care services for my mom over the past year. [name removed] continues to provide caregivers who are attentive, compassionate and patient. She is very flexible with scheduling caregivers when needed. When I have to go on vacation I call [name removed], even last minute, and she can provide aides for my mom. I am also fortunate that [name removed] is a nurse and has given me guidance about my mom’s needs.

Absolute Care Services has been providing exemplary home healthcare services for our family since the Fall of 2020. Their professionalism, knowledge and caring towards their clients exceeded our expectations. We had previously used two other agencies who failed to provide the care as well as the flexibility of hours that Absolute Care Services has given us. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a caregiver for their loved one who can provide the piece of mind and trust that their family member is being cared for with the utmost regard.

The staff of Absolute Care Services were there to provide support services for my father during the pandemic as he was experiencing the effects from Alzheimer's. During this time, he contracted COVID-19, and they jumped in to offer more help. They were compassionate, loving, and supportive not only to him but to myself as well. They never hesitated to help whenever I needed them, no matter what time of day or night. They took care of my father's needs and were amazing emotional support for myself. There were many times I contacted them when I was upset and confused and they quickly put my fears to rest. I and my family would have had a much more difficult time during the pandemic if it weren't for our confidence in the staff. They went out of their way to help when I needed them. I will be forever grateful for their patience, support, and care.

You have to specifically tell them what needs to be done. they do not take initiative to do anything other than the bare min. They did work with me about the hours. I would not recommend this service.

Caregivers were consistently well-trained and genuinely wanting to help. Very pleased with their service as well as the owner who provided some very helpful information. We've used many services and Absolute Care has been the best.

Home Aides are well-trained. Dependable, pleasant, liked to be busy and if they saw something needed doing, they would ask, and would Immediately take care of. Management is very customer-service oriented. At my request, the owner gave me some excellent and much appreciated advice.

The people were very helpful and very nice. I saw that they offered all the services that we wanted. However, I felt that they were not as attentive to things as I would like them to be. Also they were slow to get things done.

I had a situation with my father being discharged from the hospital on very short notice and they were able to meet our needs and on a Friday evening no less.
