In the three months that I have worked with A Homemade Plan, I have found that they have some excellent caregivers. It’s hard to tell from just one or two staff members in such a short period of time but overall I would say this is an excellent organization and for me, Connie makes all the difference in her excellent support.

The management staff very nice easy to talk with very caring to your loved ones need. The caregiver assigned to my mother was loved when they first met. This is illustration from top down of the courteous and warm treatment from the organization. A place for mom I would highly recommend to anyone for their services.

The overall care our loved one received was fine, but we did have an issue with two different things. It kind of seemed like a bait and switch. We wanted someone who was fully vaccinated, but the person who was assigned to us only had the first dose, and because we needed someone quickly we kind of got "stuck" with them. The second one which was not totally their fault, some parts were because of our loved one, but the care takers would stay later than what we felt was necessary and then they would bill us for the extra time.
