Review for Care Topia ( A Better Solution of Hillsborough)

The woman who runs A Better Solution is very difficult to get ahold of, she assured me that she would speak to my dad about the effects of his drinking on his health conditions and I was told by the live in home health aide that she never said a word to my dad about his drinking. A former aide in her employment told me that she purposefully hires Caribbean women to take advantage of them, lots of drama from one agency. In terms of A Place for Mom, no I have nothing to add, the agency was great and took a lot of worry off of my shoulders.... Read more

Value for money.

Overall they are good and I think one of the more affordable companies. However, some of their nurses don't have strong experience in dealing with dementia patients. We also experienced some issues with scheduling which were later sorted. I will recommend them but keep in mind there could be some issues.

Great experience

[name removed] is our caretaker. I must say she is so pleasant and helpful to my mom. We originally hired the agency to care for my dad. My dad has been sick most of the time and in the hospital so she has been taking care of my 93 year old mom. My mom doesn’t usually like people coming in and she feels very comfortable with [name removed].
