We had a good experience in general with this service. The aide and the office staff we spoke with were all very friendly. The caregiver assigned to us was very nice, and did what she needed to do. We did run into a few communication issues where she would be a little too by the book when it came to the tasks she would perform, but overall she did a good job.

The friendly attitudes of the supervisors was great. I knew if I didn't mesh well with one of the aids they would send someone else next time. All of people who helped me were actually good. I felt safe with them which is a big deal.

Senior Helpers - Germantown, TN
4.5

I chose Senior Helpers because I had a connection with the owner, Rod. We got to talking and he made me feel good, they are hands on with their company. Senior Helpers has done everything they said they would. Their rates are comparable with similar services, and they are a little cheaper in some respects; we were surprised by the expensiveness of the industry on the whole. As far as activities go I haven't seen that they do a whole lot, but that may be my loved one not wanting to do much of anything. They brought over people to meet my loved one before starting which we really appreciated.
